BREEDING: OCV’d. Bull Calf at the side, sired by Hubbells Roman’s 7, born 5/18/2023 and exposed back the same way for a possible 3 in 1.
COMMENTS: CDC Miss Tuff has wonderful conformation with a perfect udder attachment. She calves like clockwork every year. She is measuring 90.5” TTT at 6 years 4 months. We are retaining a daughter from her and Hubbells Romans 7 as her replacement. Her dam and dams sisters have been huge producers, also giving positive influence to many elite programs. Possible 3 in 1 from Hubbells Romans 7, who has many of his daughters going over 60” TTT at 24 months and one that was over 70” TTT at 2 years old.

Terms and Conditions
Bidding: Each animal will be sold to the highest bidder. The consignor may set a reserve bid or bid on the animal themselves.
Bidding Disputes: The auctioneer in charge will settle any disputes as to bids, and his decision on such matters shall be final.
Terms: Terms of the sale are cash, check, or credit card to the clerk at the conclusion of the sale. Checks are made payable to the Herdsman Legends Auctions, LLC. There is a convenience fee of 3.5%.
Possession: Immediately after the animal is sold, it will be the sole risk and responsibility of the buyer thereof. However, the purchased animal(s) will not be released to the buyer until payment is made.
Certification: A certificate of registration will be furnished and transferred to the purchaser on each lot in the sale, exclusive of calves at the side. Please provide name, address, and the association of your choice when checking out.
Health: All animals are eligible for interstate shipment except as otherwise noted. The cattle have been tested for tuberculosis, & Brucellosis. A health certificate will be furnished.
Guarantee: All Breeders Guarantees are strictly between the individual consignor and the purchaser at the sale. All calves are given to the purchaser for free and with no guarantees. The purchaser must look to the seller for the fulfillment of all guarantees and representations made hereunder. The auctioneer offers no warranties or guarantees of any kind, express or implied with respect to the health, condition or pedigree of any animal sold.
Pedigrees: The seller has furnished the information on the pedigrees of the animals announced and shall be provided to the purchaser upon payment.
Announcements: Announcements from the auction block take precedence over printed material in this catalog or any sale advertising.
Liability: All persons who attend this sale do so at their own risk. By attending this auction, each attendee waives any and all causes of action and assumes all risk of loss.
Contract: The above terms and guarantees shall constitute a contract between the buyer and seller of each animal sold.
